A full tang 6" Nakiri with an ultra-lightweight skeletonized handle. The front-third rocker lets it chop and scoop like a Nakiri while still allowing the familiar Western rock and chop, and the lifted tip handles scoring and detail work like a traditional chef's knife. Mince garlic on a Tuesday and break down a bird on the weekend with a full scale chef's knife that weighs less than a standard pocket knife.

Handmade in Bozeman, Montana from American-made MagnaMAX steel, ground razor thin and finished in a PVD that protects the blade from scratches.

Made in a run of 200. Every blade carries its own serial number, and once a number is claimed it is gone for good.

Warranty and sharpening

You name it, it's covered. Send it back to Bozeman whenever the edge goes, and we'll put a proper one on it, free, however many times it takes.

No receipt to dig up. As long as TRADE is on the blade, you're covered.
Care

Hand wash it and dry it. Never the dishwasher, on any knife worth owning. The PVD finish is bonded to the steel, so it takes wear and weather without much thought from you.
